Objectionable Vehicles

According to the Covenants, So-called "objectionable vehicles" are not allowed in Mulberry Station except when kept in a garage.

–The MSHOA Board recognizes the need to, occasionally and for a short period of time, bring vehicles of these types onto the property and acknowledges the rationale behind it. The policy regarding these vehicles is explained below.

Vehicles Which May Be Allowed Under an Exemption:
     •Boats
     •Campers / RVs
     •Work Trailers

–Specifically excepted only while being used to perform work on the property.
            –Time limits will apply
•Other Vehicles – Case by case basis

Vehicles Not Allowed:
     •Inoperable and/or Un-tagged Vehicles
•Vehicles undergoing repairs beyond minor maintenance

The process to Request an Exemption:
•Click on the link below and fill out the information requested.

     •Limitations
–Duration: The intent is that an otherwise prohibited vehicle be brought onto the property for very limited duration visits. For example: overnight to load an RV for vacation and again overnight to unload and clean before storing off-premises; loading a boat to take it out for use; unloading and cleaning a boat to return it to storage.

-Frequency – The intent is that this is an infrequent occurrence. Limits can and will be placed. For example, a boat cannot be stored in the driveway every weekend during the season.
